Global Heartcare Foundation partners with Narayana Health and Institute of Cardiac Sciences for Cardiac Fellowship Program in India.

During Dr. Kshettry’s recent administrative visit to India, the Global Heartcare Foundation made significant strides in advancing cardiac care through strategic partnerships. A collaboration has been formalized with Narayana Health and Institute of Cardiac Sciences, Bangalore, India, aimed at fostering specialist training in cardiac sciences for physicians and healthcare professionals from Africa.

Narayana Health being one of the world’s largest cardiac programs, this partnership marks the inception of a Fellowship in Cardiac Sciences, designed to equip specialists with advanced knowledge and skills essential for addressing complex cardiac healthcare needs prevalent across Africa. By leveraging the expertise and resources of NH, this program promotes to elevate the standard of cardiac care in the region.

Moreover, in a bid to democratize access to quality education in cardiac specialties, Narayana Health and Global Heartcare Foundation are joining forces to launch The Global Heartcare University. This virtual platform will offer comprehensive online training content across various cardiac disciplines, catering specifically to physicians in training in Africa and Asia.

This collaborative effort exemplifies a shared commitment to advancing cardiac healthcare on a global scale, underscoring the importance of cooperation and knowledge exchange in addressing complex healthcare challenges. As the Fellowship in Cardiac Sciences and The Global Heartcare University takes shape, they hold the promise of a brighter, healthier future for communities worldwide.
